In the fast-paced world of technology, there is often a divide between the people who make things work and the people who make things look good. For a long time, you were either a “logic person” or a “creative person.” But as I’ve progressed through my second year of IT studies and my work in the industry, I’ve realized that the real magic happens where those two worlds collide.
The Best of Both Worlds
As a MERN Full-Stack Developer, I love the logic of building robust systems. There is a specific kind of satisfaction in structuring a database or ensuring a React component renders data efficiently. However, my roots in Graphic and UI/UX Design wouldn’t let me ignore the “feel” of a product.
Whether I’m using Figma to map out a user journey or Adobe Illustrator to craft a brand identity for projects like ZaidX Design, I believe that a tool is only as good as its usability.
Bridging the Gap with “Zaid Academy”
One of my most exciting ventures has been developing e-learning platforms like PathFounders and Zaid Academy. These projects aren’t just coding exercises; they are an attempt to solve a problem: How do we make complex information accessible and engaging? By combining:
- Back-end stability (Node.js/Express/MongoDB)
- Intuitive UI/UX Design
- Educational Purpose
I’m working to create digital spaces where people actually enjoy learning.
Looking Ahead: 2028 and Beyond
While my daily life is filled with JavaScript and design grids, I’m also keeping my eyes on the bigger picture. Preparing for the JKPSC (KAS) civil services exam has taught me discipline and the importance of understanding the socio-economic framework of our society.
My goal is to use my technical expertise—from WordPress development to Cloud Engineering—to contribute to the digital transformation of my community.
